A dewatering screen can be as simple as a screen you dump sludge through and as superior as a barrel like screen that spins out water very efficiently.
After pH adjustment, wastewater chemicals addition, and possibly liquid solid separation you apply the dewatering screen and wind up with dewatered sludge.
