pH Adjustment
The initial step is pH adjustment (if needed) to the desired set point. Integrated specializes in custom pH adjustment equipment utilizing co2 for higher efficiencies, safety and savings.
Wastewater Treatment Chemicals
The wastewater is then mixed with our FloccinAgents™ line of wastewater treatment chemicals prior to the liquid solids separation process, clarifier, DAF, dewatering screen, or other method.
Liquid Solid Separation
If the water is high in soluble organics then usually a biological process is used with or without prior liquid/solid separation. Read more about liquid solid separation equipment.
Sludge Dewatering
Final treatment is sludge dewatering with a dewatering table, plate and frame press, belt press or centrifuge.
