In order to best determine which Floccin™ Agent would work best for you, either a sample of some of our Floccin™ may be sent to you ( you must pay for shipping) or you can ship us a sample of wastewater for our laboratory to test. Below is a description of our international shipping requirements; attached please find a document that describes a practical method of shipping wastewater samples to us.
Once testing is done, we can determine which type of Floccin™ will be ideal for your needs.
We are pleased to supply you with samples of our Floccin™ products for your trials. Please read the following carefully. It will enable us to serve you better.
However, due to the high cost of overseas shipping, we can only supply samples if you, the prospective customer, can cover the expense of transport. If you wish to initiate shipping of samples, please arrange in advance with UPS or FedEx and notify us that this has been done. For UPS and FedEx you may optionally provide any required account numbers and we can ship freight-collect.
We need time to prepare customs forms, so please allow 24 hours before pickup, from time of notice.
If you wish to use DHL as a carrier, you must make all arrangements with DHL in advance, and have the transport notify us with at least 24-hour notice for pickup. We will not process DHL for a freight-collect type of pickup.

Our Floccin™ samples are in 4 oz. containers, and there are many varieties depending upon the constituents to be removed from your wastewater. You will need to notify us of the types of materials you wish to flocculate. Then we can suggest the varieties of Floccin™ best to be tried on a sample basis.

Also, please note that Floccin™ in production quantities is shipped in 2000 lb. pallets of 50 lb. sacks and many wastewater systems demand the use of hundreds of pounds per week or month to treat the effluent. You should consider this when deciding to purchase our product and must pay FOB shipping to your destination.
We do not usually ship quantities smaller than pallets of 2000 lbs. internationally unless you need to conduct an additional round of trials with a larger group of batches, which would require purchasing by 50 lb. sacks.

All pricing is on material only and prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars. All shipping charges for pallet quantities will be FOB Fresno, CA 93725 U.S.A.
The purchaser is responsible for arranging freight out of the country and all export duties.
For purchase of Floccin™ in pallet quantities, we require payment in advance payable in U.S. dollars via wire transfer.
