The Answer to Pressure Washing Wastewater Treatment
This unit is designed for ease and simplicity of treatment yet with added technologies to assist the operator in mixing and filtration. These units are exceptionally well suited for use where water is recycled for 100% reuse, such as returned rental equipment wash down, truck before maintenance and other miscellaneous cleaning.
The effluent/treated water can be pumped back to a reuse tank and reused with equipment such as pressure washers. Tremendous improvement in the quality of the treated wastewater is achieved by using the highest performance FloccinAgents™ available.
Many highly satisfied customers have proven results in the field using this approach.
The continuous process units range from 5 gpm thru 50 gpm. Options are available for increased flocculation with pre-ozonation, further water purification with post-ozonation and increased efficiency of de-watering and drier sludge.

These are self-contained, durable units built for a long life in smaller processing facilities. They are fabricated of 304 stainless steel and PVC structures to prevent corrosion. The control panel and all electrical components are UL listed for safety and reliability. There is a wide blade variable speed mixing motor to optimize flocculation in the mixing tank. The variable speed, dewatering table coupled with the automatic dewatering paper feeder allows for the creation of drier sludge.

Additional Treatment Options
Vacuum assisted dewatering table
Incorporation of a vacuum pump and table plate to pull the water from the paper & cake on the dewatering table for the driest cake.
Pre-ozonation skid for increased flocculation
This is a separate skid mounted unit for pre-flocculation ozonation to assist in breaking down oils and start metal precipitation, this can reduce Floccin™ usage by as much as 30%.
Post-ozonation skid for purification
This is a separate skid mounted unit for post-flocculation ozonation to aid in reduction of bacterial and microbial contaminants where water is going to be reused.
