These are self-contained, durable units built for a long life in smaller processing facilities. They are fabricated from stainless steel for longest possible life and welded PVC structures to prevent corrosion. The control panel and all electrical components are UL listed for safety and reliability.
There is a wide blade variable speed mixing motor to optimize flocculation in the mixing tank. The variable speed, dewatering table coupled with the automatic “PaperSave™” sensor feedback on the dewatering paper feeder allows for the creation of drier cakes and less paper usage.
