Wastewater Treatment Batch Systems

Integrated's Manual Batch Systems for Small to Medium Facilities

The Manual Batch Systems are for wastewater flows up to 10,000 gal/day. These systems are typically used by corrugators, ink and dye manufacturers, small food processors, and other small to medium size industrial facilities.

The batch systems are based around utilization of the Floccin™ flocculating agent chemistries with its proven simplicity of treatment and drier sludge cake.

The benefit is no more chemical metering pumps and problems.

Process Description:

Pump the wastewater from the collection sump to the EQ Tank. Transfer the wastewater, as needed, to the reaction tank; turn on the mixing motor. Add the Floccin™ material until a flock is formed (add more or less for desired water clarity). Mix for an additional 5 minutes, turn mixer off. Let settle for 30 minutes. Decant clear water on top through filter press. Dewater sludge after decant through press. Open press and remove dewatered sludge.
