Integrated's CFU - Continuous Industrial Wastewater Treatment Flocculator
These flocculator units are designed to easily treat a continuous stream of wastewater for utilizing the highest performance FloccinAgents™ available.
The unit is completely automated, requiring operator attention only to restock the FloccinAgent™ and disposable filtering media, and employing alarms to alert the operator when restocking is required or when the process is interrupted.

Optional Equipment
Pre-ozonation skid for increased flocculation
A separate skid mounted unit for injecting ozone into the wastewater before it enters the CFU. Pre-ozonation can assist in breaking down oils and start metal precipitation, which can reduce FloccinAgent™ usage by up to 30%.
Post-ozonation skid for purification
A separate skid mounted unit for injecting ozone into the treated water after it leaves the CFU. Post-ozonation can aid in reducing chemical and biological oxygen demand and microbial contamination in systems where the water will be reused.
Tank Package
The optional tank package can be installed before the CFU for equalization of flows or as part of a pre-ozonation package, or after the CFU for temporary containment of treated water or for post-ozonation. The package includes a pump for transferring water out of the tank, and a stand-alone control enclosure with contacts provided for installing the tank before or after the CFU.
Post Filtration Skid
The optional duplex filter post filtration system filters the CFU effluent to catch any small particles that could travel through the CFU filter media.
Two corrosion resistant aluminum bag filter assemblies are installed in parallel.
Typically only one filter assembly is online at a time while the other can be serviced and returned to a standby condition.
This option is usually used as a redundant safety feature when the water from the CFU is reused and downstream equipment could be adversely effected by any small particulate material.
