Dewatering presses are a pretty straight forward affair, simply pressing the sludge, typically between plates, and squeezing out the water. The goal is to leave behind a dewatered sludge with as low a water content as possible.
What you may not know about Dewatering Presses...
Not all dewatering presses are created equal. As mentioned, you want a lighter drier dewatered sludge. If you have excess water remaining in your dewatered sludge the weight of the sludge is increased and it may require sludge drying.
