General Specifications:
These units are epoxy painted carbon steel construction with an integrated feed hopper equipped with a deck capable of supporting a 2000 lb Floccin™ SuperSack. There is a visible access door to allow opening of the SuperSack while mounted on the Floccin Feeder. Dimensions are approximately 26” wide x 61” high (overall footprint 42” X 42”) with a 1/4 HP, 90 volt DC motor. The electrical service requirement is 4 amps at 110 volts single phase. On/Off and variable signal inputs are available in the controller. The feeder is capable of delivering the FloccinAgents to a vertical height of 35 ft.
Controller Specifications:
The control panel is equipped with a digital counter / rate meter to allow for precise Floccin delivery rates. It can be set for either automatic operation or run manually for override / setup situations. Emergency Stop function is also provided. The Floccin delivery rate is adjustable through the use of a potentiometer. When configured for a batch process, the controller will feed a user-preset amount of Floccin. After reaching its setpoint, it will turn off. The display values are pounds of Floccin. When configured for continuous flow operation, the feeder will display the rate of Floccin being fed in either pounds per minute or pounds per hour. All operations can be manually triggered, or interfaced with existing equipment for automatic operation.
